Description
The Lean Value Stream Mapping Process Box icon denotes a process namely; cutting, stamping, shipping, procurement etc. The small symbol bottom left indicates an operator or employee. The process box forms the spine of the material flow and shows how the material moves from one workstation to another. The icon comes in a dry wipe format to enable you to write the process/workstation/department name on the first box, further details regarding the process in the second box and the number of employees and perhaps their initials next to the small symbol bottom left.
The Process box icon is part of a range of magnetic accessories to help you to create a working visual of your VSM initiative.
