What is the Process for Ordering a Custom Printed Whiteboard?

- Will the board go to production before I am happy with the artwork?
- No, nothing goes to production before you sign off the final digital proof.
- What formats can I send my design in?
- We accept all formats: a photograph, excel, word, a simple description or powerpoint.
- How many revisions can I have?
- It is important that you and your team are happy with the board, so we do not charge extra for basic revisions.
- I know roughly what I want but I'm not 100% sure. Can you help?
- Yes! Our Customer Services team will be very happy to help you with your design.
- What is the lead time?
- Our usual lead time is 15 to 20 working days from your sign off of the final digital proof
- How quickly will I receive my first digital proofs?
- We aim to get the first proofs to you within 24 hours.
- If we decide to radically change the original design, is this allowed?
- A radical new design from the original request may incur a surcharge. Please ask customer services if you are unsure.
- Is there a price benefit if I order multiple boards?
- If you order two or more custom printed whiteboards with the same design you will be eligible for a better price. Please contact Customer Services for a quote.
