2021: A Year in Review with Magiboards
2021. A year like no other for Magiboards.
The last 12 months have been a momentous time for Magiboards. Our mission – to develop visual management tools and provide collaborative working environments – continues to evolve and we’ve taken leaps this year to ensure our brand can achieve this mission, along with being secure, accessible and user-friendly going into the future.

In previous iterations, magiboards.com has been an information hub where customers can learn about the products, understand different use cases and be inspired for their next office project. Over time, through the rise of online shopping, the website developed an e-commerce arm and we started to gain more traction in this virtual space.
“When the pandemic struck in early 2020, we saw this as an opportunity to evaluate all aspects of our online business and brand as we had to adapt to now totally virtual working world.” said Thomas Hodgetts, Design & Marketing. “In the short time since we’ve launched, we’ve already identified new areas for how we can push the website to even greater heights, with our end goal to offer a better customer experience with a more complete product range.”
This year, we launched our new consumer website. Created from the ground up to be an e-commerce hub for our end-user / consumer market, our website focuses on products, information & inspiration to help our clients create collaborative working environments through a new user-friendly online experience.
Previously, our end-users and trade & resellers customers would both order through the same website – this meant we had the need to provide fact & specification-rich product information required for our trade business, while also providing compelling stories and user-friendly information, that our consumers love, through the same funnel.
So this year we launched Magiboards Trade – the new home, with a familiar setting, for our trade & reseller customers. Magiboards Trade has helped us refocus our efforts online to better serve all our customers
With the considerations of our new website and the online world in mind, we developed and executed a new brand identity with the aim to make Magiboards more accessible and useful to our users – wherever they may encounter it.
This included a refocus on our consumer and trade markets, new marketing collateral across physical and digital, with emphasis on our online presence through social and web, and, of course, the reveal of our new Magiboards logo and icon.
“We saw the rebrand as an opportunity to further evaluate how our consumers shop and engage with us online.” said Thomas Hodgetts. “Our brand is one that is known across all kinds of businesses around the world, but as technology has moved forward, the way people interact and purchase online is changing, and the needs and requirements are more diverse, and we must adapt to those changes.”

Launching New Product Ranges
This year, we’ve released over 100 new products.
These new releases have allowed us to diversify our product range to offer a more complete offering to our users. Our new collections include; non-magnetic whiteboards, notice boards, outdoor signage, whiteboards on stands, office partitions & screens, business accessories and eco-friendly office products.
What to Expect in 2022
What we’ve achieved this year will lay the foundations for Magiboards to grow through 2022 and beyond, with more products, solutions and services than ever before.
Our aim is to create an even more user-friendly online experience, with a more complete product range with better coverage over our existing ranges and the introduction of new collections.
