Magiboards are currently seeking quotes for the supply and installation of a print and dye sublimation room at our site in Telford, Unit F Stafford Park 12, TF3 3BJ.

The room must be built inside our warehouse / factory. it must be sufficiently insulated to maintain a constant temperature from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius inside. Ventilation must be included to remove excess hot air from the room. This can be released into the warehouse. The room must have an Operatives entry door, a fire escape door adjacent to the warehouse fire escape and a double door for access with pallets of 2500 mm in width.

The anticipated approximate size of the room is 11500 x 7000 x 2700 mm l x w x h

Please include 4 glazed windows in one long side, a 300 x 2100 mm opening with dust cover (strip curtain / doors for entry with forklift)

15 LED lighting panels in the ceiling

Emergency lighting

The room must protect the interior from the saw dust that is present in the factory / warehouse.

2 twin 13-amp sockets

1 3-phase feed for of the heat press that will be located in the room

Compressed airline access must be enabled; installation of compressed air lines and connectors will be done by a contractor

The room must comply with all local and national building, fire safety and health & safety regulations.

Successful Candidates will be chosen from a combination of price, suitability, install time, technical capabilities and support options.

Magiboards are currently seeking quotes for the the supply and installation of a dye sublimation printer and dye sublimation heat press of at least 300 x 125 cm at our site in Telford, Unit F Stafford Park 12, TF3 3BJ.

The printer must be capable of printing dye sublimation prints on heat transfer paper to a width of min. 1250 mm.

The printer must be able to print Ultra Chrome inks for bright, colourful, durable and accurate prints.

RIP software must be provided with the printer and included in the price.

Delivery and installation must also be included in the price or quoted separately on the quotation.

The heat press must be suitable for piece to piece dye sublimation on rigid substrates of up to 3000 x 1250 mm on a flatbed.

The press must have digital time and temperature settings and automatic pneumatic printer bed lifting or heat element lowering capabilities.

Heat settings must allow temperatures to be set electrically up to 230 degrees Celsius.

The press settings must be programmable in a weekly programme.
