Description
SafeTrack In/Out Attendance Name Boards are mainly used In the case of emergencies or evacuations, to provide a quick way to determine who is present in the workplace, ensuring everyone’s safety and accounting for any missing employees.
Magiboards In/Out Attendance Boards have been designed with a fire evacuation in mind:

Each In/Out Name Board is made up in multiples of 10 names so you can choose how best to display your boards. 10 name = 1 board ; 20 name = 2 boards; 40 name = 4 boards. Simply add additional 10 name panels to create a larger display.
The In/Out boards are are made from recycled PVC with a steel insert. The header panel allows you to write the department name. Each name plate is made from a C section magnetic rubber which is supplied with a protective plastic cover. Simply remove the C section to update a name. Each name plate is 12 cm long x 2 cm high. The in and out sliders glide left and right. It is a smooth action but tight enough to stop the sliders moving by accident. The sliders are 4cm wide x 2 cm high.
To fix the boards, simply fix the pre drilled fixing rails, supplied with the boards, to the wall. The In/Out attendance boards have 2 high strength magnets rivetted to the reverse which then attach magnetically into the fixing rails. It is Quick and Easy to hang and remove the In/Out Boards
The square edge design makes this a very versatile product. The larger boards are multiples of the 10 name In/Out board, which allows you to choose where you put the additional 10 or 30 name boards. Place to the side to create a wider display, or place one above the above the other if you have a narrow wall area. Each 10 name board measures 208 x 350 mm
