Custom Printed Mini Winged Whiteboard

Custom Printed Mini Winged Whiteboards are mainly used in hospitals for patient bedhead boards where it is important to hide sensitive information in an open, busy ward. Our personalised wall mounted custom printed winged whiteboards will help you comply with the Care Quality Commission’s NHS requirement that any patient identification must be hidden from view. These boards are often referred to as CQC whiteboards.

Our personalised open-close whiteboard wings allow you to hide information in healthcare/educational/teaching settings, or extend your whiteboard as necessary when in smaller areas. 

You can choose how many surfaces are printed. The other surfaces will be supplied with a plain magnetic whiteboard. The coated steel surface features excellent dry-erase capabilities with a 10-year surface guarantee.

The mini wing can fold out or be closed against the whiteboard for confidentiality thanks to a discreet magnet hidden in the frame to keep the wings closed. The mini wing can be placed left or right and special custom size whiteboards are also possible. Each wing is 30 cm wide x the height of your magnetic whiteboard. It is also possible to request a ‘half’ wing which only covers patient names.

Our custom printed winged whiteboards are manufactured using dye-sublimation printing, so all graphics are embed directly into the whiteboard surface – meaning no overlays, which makes it easy to clean and maintains the full surface guarantee. This is especially important in healthcare and food manufacturing settings, where germs are always a concern.

How does it all work? Designing your own custom printed whiteboard has never been easier! 

Simply upload your design (This can be in any format  (word, excel, camera image), choose your size, send us any comments and place your order. We will then produce artwork to scale and send you a digital proof of each whiteboard surface with print. You and your team can then check and make any necessary amends before signing off on the final proof, at which time your board will be sent to production. Lead times are 15 to 20 working days from final proof approval.

Note: To upload your design, click ‘Choose file‘ – which is located above the ‘Add to Bag’ button – then select your desired document and press open. You will now see the name of the file next to the upload button which confirms your file will be attached to your order when placed.
