Lean Manufacturing Whiteboards

Magiboards is a UK manufacturer based in Shropshire. We offer a wide variety of lean manufacturing whiteboards, both with standard designs and customized to your own design. All our Lean visual management products can be furnished with different wall fix or freestanding options.

Lean processes need to be able to develop and change. Some of our lean manufacturing whiteboards are suitable to be supplied in frameless sections, allowing you to update parts of your boards at low cost without creating additional unwanted waste.

If you wish to have your own custom designed whiteboard, simply choose the type of board you are looking for and send us an idea of what you want printed. We will do the rest: Create artwork, send digital proofs, rework proofs based on your feedback, manufacture the boards following you final digital sign off. Proofs are sent both with and without measurements.

All boards accept magnetic accessories, are for use with dry erase marker pens and come with a whopping 10 year surface guarantee.

Our boards use sublimation printing. The print is embedded into the surface of a quality dry wipe whiteboard. The benefits are: Product longevity, ease of cleaning and germ control.

What printing process is used on manufacturing whiteboards ?
Dye sublimation printing is a digital printing technology that uses a process whereby a negative of the image is printed on special transfer paper. The ink is then heated to a gas in a heat transfer press and absorbed into the surface of the magnetic dry wipe whiteboard. The graphics are thus embedded in the whiteboard.

What are the benefits of dye sublimation printing ?

How does the order process work for custom printed manufacturing whiteboards?
Once we have an idea of what you want to have printed and any size constraints that exist, we will make a quote. On receipt of order, digital proofs will be sent with and without measurements, for you to amend or sign off. Further proofs are sent. Production only starts once you are totally happy and have signed off the final proof.

I have a space problem. Can I order a special size?
Yes, We can manufacture custom printed whiteboards to a special bespoke size.

How do I clean my manufacturing whiteboard?
Firstly wipe with a lukewarm damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Next Spray our MagiClean Cleaning Fluid on a soft, dry cloth and wipe thoroughly. When removing marker pen ink, make sure that the ink is dry before cleaning.
