Magiboards undertakes constant reviews of its product packaging and delivery partners. In spite of this, we do experience a very small percentage of products arriving damaged.
Please ensure that Magiboards parcels are inspected upon delivery. The drivers of our carriers are on very tight schedules, so please inspect the parcels immediately upon arrival. Should you find any visual signs of damage to the packaging, such as a footprint, a tear, indented corners etc, please sign the delivery note as ‘Damaged’.
Damaged goods which are signed for as ‘Damaged’ on the courrier’s consignment note and confirmed to us within 48 hours, will be replaced free of charge.
As a company, we only have a very short period of time within which we have to claim against national carriers for damage in transit. Your co-operation is much appreciated.
We fully recognize that Consumers have the safeguard of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations which allow for a cooling-off period to cancel goods within 7 days of receipt. Magiboards are a Business to Business supplier and we do not sell to private consumers. As a result the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations do not apply to purchases from Magiboards.
Although we offer a large range of standard products, most of these products are made to order. As a result we will not accept return of goods for refund or credit unless specifically agreed. If you do wish to return one of our products, please contact our Sales / Customer Service staff who are always available on telephone 01952 292111. They will be able to advise you about your request.
Any approved returns can only be accepted for exchange or credit providing goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
