Emergency Crash Board for Airedale NHS Foundation Trust

We recently worked with Airedale NHS Foundation Trust to create a custom printed Emergency Crash Whiteboard tailored specifically to their requirements. This well-organised whiteboard plays a vital role in managing and coordinating their emergency “Crash Call 2222” procedures. By transforming a basic spreadsheet into a clear and effective artwork, we have ensured that critical information is readily accessible—exactly what’s needed in high-pressure situations.

The design includes distinct sections for the Obstetric, Theatre, and Neonatal teams, alongside a clearly laid-out list of key emergency contacts and roles. Additional details, such as critical care outreach and ward coordinators, are also highlighted for quick reference.

Rebecca Wild, Labour Ward Manager at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, thanked Magibaords for the board and told us ” It is now hung at our nurses station and is receiving many compliments. More importantly, it is making it safer when staff need to make emergency calls to the relevant teams when they are under pressure.”
