Bideford College Whiteboards over Smartboards
In 2010 Bideford College built a brand new £55 million college with many innovative technological and ecological features. Magiboards won a bid to install every classroom with whiteboards on tracks to cover the Interactive Whiteboards in the rooms when needed. Magirail Supreme proved to be the ideal solution. The system was modified to incorporate a key lock that allows the boards to be locked into place when covering the Smartboards to protect them. A rubbing strip was mounted on the wall to allow smooth running without damaging the wall.
In the Magirail Supreme product range an extended mounting bracket is available as standard that is long enough to clear interactive whiteboards and touch screens of almost any brand.
